Using the KooKBooK Reader
The KooKBooK Reader displays one PDF page at a time and provides its own navigation controls. Links within the KooKBooK remain active.
Scrolling
Use the mouse wheel normally to move up and down within the current page.
To continue to another page, scroll all the way to the edge of the current page and continue scrolling in the same direction. About three additional wheel movements will change the page.
At the bottom of a page, continued downward scrolling opens the next page at its top. At the top of a page, continued upward scrolling opens the previous page at its bottom.
BACK
When you follow a link inside the KooKBooK, use the BACK button to return to the page from which you came.
BACK remembers your internal KooKBooK link history. When there is nowhere farther back to go, the button stops rather than taking you out of the KooKBooK website.
Alt + Left Arrow
You may also press Alt + Left Arrow to perform the same internal BACK operation.
PREVIOUS and NEXT
PREVIOUS moves directly to the preceding PDF page. NEXT moves directly to the following PDF page.
These buttons are different from BACK. PREVIOUS and NEXT move numerically through the book. BACK returns from a link you previously followed.
PAGE
The PAGE box shows the current PDF page number. You may enter a page number directly and press Enter to go to that page.
Zoom
Use the − and + buttons to reduce or enlarge the displayed page. The percentage between the buttons shows the current zoom level.
Links Within the KooKBooK
Active links are indicated by a subtle underline. The entire link area is clickable; you do not have to click precisely on the underline.
VIEW PDF opens the original PDF in your browser's standard PDF reader. The controls available there depend upon your browser.
DOWNLOAD PDF is provided for readers who want their own copy of the complete PDF. Browser download behavior may vary depending upon the reader's browser settings.
HOME
HOME returns to the main KooKBooK Reader page.
